About the role
Maintain daily sales and expense records.
Handle petty cash and cash reconciliation.
Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, and vouchers.
Assist in salary processing and attendance coordination.
Maintain staff advance, debit, and reimbursement records.
Coordinate with vendors regarding payments and outstanding dues.
Update purchase entries and stock-related records.
Assist in GST, TDS, PF, and ESIC documentation.
Verify outlet reports and daily sales reports (DSR).
Maintain proper filing of financial and accounting documents.
Support audit and compliance-related activities.
Coordinate with outlet managers and cashiers for account-related matters.
Prepare Excel reports and MIS reports as required.
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Knowledge of Tally/Accounting software preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Qualification:
B.Com / M.Com or relevant qualification.
Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in restaurant or hospitality accounts preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
