Education Qualification:
CA intermediate / CA drop off / M.com (Exp 1-3 yrs)
Have accounting experience
Experience with Excel and accounting software (Zoho books preferred)

Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day accounting transactions including AP, AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual book closure processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and intercompany transactions
Manage Fixed Asset register, depreciation schedules, and capitalization policies
Ensure adherence to chart of accounts and maintain clean GL structure
Review and approve vendor invoices, payment runs, and vendor reconciliations
Monitor AR aging, customer reconciliations, and follow up on overdue collections
Manage employee expense claims, reimbursements, and travel advances in line with policy
