About the Roles

We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join our team in Islandwide locations. This permanent role offers a competitive salary of $4,500 – $5,500, along with AWS and variable bonus, and follows a 5.5-day workweek (Mon–Fri: 8:30am–6pm, Sat: 8:30am–1pm). This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer to grow in a specialised facade and building technology environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead the preparation and management of RFIs, RFAs, Method Statements, and Shop Drawings, ensuring compliance with industry standards for facade systems.

Oversee the Master Programme and project schedules, coordinating site activities to meet key milestones on time.

Engage with MCST, consultants, and architects in meetings, facilitating smooth site coordination and professional handling of negotiations and progress claims.

Mentor and support a team of engineers, fostering discipline, accountability, and strong site management practices.

Quickly gain technical proficiency in facade systems—including cladding, curtain walls, and waterproofing—through structured training and hands-on site experience within the first 3–6 months.

What We’re Looking For

A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in civil engineering, building construction, or A&A projects within Singapore.

Solid understanding of Singapore construction SOPs, BCA and MOM regulations, and practical experience managing subcontractors on-site.

Strong project management and site coordination skills applicable to building facade and technology-focused projects.

Ability to remain composed under pressure, prioritize results, exercise sound judgment, and handle complex site situations independently.

Motivation to advance in the specialised facade and building technology sector, with a willingness to undergo technical training in facade systems.
