We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Executives (Freshers) who are eager to build a career in International Sales and Lead Generation. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to learn and grow.
You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, conducting outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn, and assisting in converting prospects into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads from international markets such as the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and Europe.
Connect with potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Understand client requirements and identify business opportunities.
Schedule meetings and appointments for senior sales team members.
Maintain and update lead information in CRM or Excel sheets.
Follow up regularly with prospects and nurture relationships.
Research target industries and companies.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve business goals.
Contribute ideas for improving lead generation and sales processes.
Required Skills
Good verbal and written English communication skills.
Confidence in speaking with international clients.
Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or business development.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented personality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Eligibility
MBA (Marketing), BBA, B.Com, BCA, MCA, BE, B.Tech, or any graduate.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with internship or project experience in sales or marketing will have an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of LinkedIn lead generation.
Familiarity with Upwork, Freelancer, or online bidding platforms.
Cold calling and email outreach experience.
Basic CRM knowledge.
MS Excel and Google Sheets proficiency.
Digital marketing awareness.
