About the role
Overall, 8 to 10 years of experience in Insurance Domain
Rich experience in Agent Commission and Compensation module
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and product development methodologies.
Experience managing product backlogs, writing user stories, and defining acceptance criteria.
Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and delivery priorities for the assigned IT project.
Work closely with insurance business stakeholders to understand business processes, customer journeys, and operational pain points.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and convert them into clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
Own, prioritize, and continuously refine the product backlog based on business value, customer impact, dependencies, and project timelines.
Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, architects, developers, QA teams, and UX designers to ensure successful solution delivery.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
