Role Description
This full-time Associate role is based on-site at our Brisbane, QLD office. Responsibilities include managing case files, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and offering tailored legal advice to clients. The Associate will also liaise with clients, oversee court filings, and collaborate with the legal team to achieve successful outcomes in personal injury and accident compensation cases.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of personal injury law and accident compensation
Proficiency in legal research, case management, and drafting legal documents
Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Admitted as a Solicitor or Barrister in Queensland
Passion for providing compassionate and personalized legal support
Previous experience in personal injury or compensation law is an advantage
