About The Role

We are looking for an Associate to join our Brisbane Office on a permanent full-time basis.

We are dedicated to providing tailored advice and legal services. Our team works hard to deliver personalised service, empathetic support and the best possible legal outcomes for all of our clients in these difficult times. Now that’s a role with purpose.

We are seeking an Associate with a strong client service focus, personable approach, and commitment to social justice. Ideally, you will have 5+ years’ post-admission experience, with a strong background or genuine interest in Personal Injuries law.

We are looking for someone who:

Works effectively with others and fosters positive relationships;

Has a strong client and relationship building skills, you cultivate and manage relationships with referrers and other external stakeholders;

Contributes to team success and collaborates seamlessly;

Is resourceful, you find creative solutions and adapt to challenges;

Is determined and motivated to make a difference, driving successful outcomes;

Is client focussed with a genuine passion for helping people;

Ideally has prior experience in Workers’ Compensation, Public Liability or TAC

Knowledge of the relevant procedural rules relevant to Personal Injuries

You will bring your experience in:

5+ years post admission experience

Previous personal injuries experience is required

Review and analysis of records;

Drafting written communications to clients;

Drafting court documents;

Attending court for procedural hearings;

Deeply understanding client’s needs.
