Role Purpose:

Unifyr is a leading SaaS provider of cloud-based Partner Relationship Management (PRM) and channel marketing automation. In this role, you will build and scale Unifyr’s indirect channel strategy and partner ecosystem with a clear SaaS-first mindset. The focus is not on managing implementation projects, but on creating a high-performing partner-driven growth engine that drives pipeline, expansion, customer success, and long-term market reach.

What You'll Drive

Build and Scale Unifyr’s Indirect Channel Strategy

You define and execute Unifyr’s global partnerships and alliances strategy with a strong focus on scalable SaaS revenue growth through indirect channels.

You identify, recruit, and develop high-value strategic partners across consulting firms, digital agencies, system integrators, and channel specialists.

You establish Unifyr as a strategic platform within partner organizations - not just another software vendor.

Create a Scalable Partner Ecosystem

You design and operationalize a modern Partner Program that drives long-term ecosystem engagement, enablement, and revenue contribution.

You build scalable partner motions including, Co-selling, Referral partnerships, Channel marketing, Advisory and consulting partnerships, Certified delivery ecosystems

You create the foundation for partners to independently train, certify, and scale their own Unifyr practices and consulting capabilities.

Drive Partner-Sourced and Partner-Influenced Revenue

You own partner-driven ARR as a primary success metrics.

You develop scalable motions for; Partner-sourced pipeline, Partner-influenced deals, Expansion and retention through partner engagement, Ecosystem-led market penetration

You work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to embed partners into the full customer lifecycle.

Establish Strategic Channel Consulting Capabilities

Beyond software partnerships, you position Unifyr and its ecosystem as strategic advisors for modern channel and go-to-market transformation.

You help partners and customers build successful channel strategies around commerce, AI-driven customer engagement, and scalable SaaS growth models.

You develop consulting-oriented partner offerings focused on; Channel transformation, AI-enabled commerce strategies, Revenue acceleration, Digital partner enablement, Ecosystem scaling

Build Executive-Level Relationships

You engage senior stakeholders across partner organizations and customer ecosystems.

You position Unifyr within strategic transformation initiatives rather than purely operational software projects.

You create long-term strategic alignment between Unifyr, partners, and enterprise customers.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Several years of experience in partnerships, alliances, indirect sales, or ecosystem development within B2B SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software.

Strong understanding of modern indirect GTM models, channel ecosystems, and partner-led SaaS growth.

Experience working with consultancies, system integrators, digital agencies, or channel-focused organizations.

Proven ability to build scalable partner programs that drive measurable revenue impact.

Strong strategic mindset combined with operational execution capability.

Experience building executive-level relationships and influencing complex enterprise buying environments.

Comfortable operating in high-growth environments where structure, processes, and ecosystems are built from the ground up.

Strong understanding of how consulting, advisory, and transformation services accelerate SaaS adoption and customer success.

Passion for building ecosystems, not just partnerships.
