About this Position
What you´ll do
Shape, govern, and drive performance across the global Industrials & Electronics channel business
Establish a robust channel governance framework, improve distributor performance, and support sales teams in executing the commercial strategy
Require strategic thinking, strong project leadership, and the ability to influence a complex organization
Steer comprehensive development and implementation of customer master data structure and governance
Lead development of channel team capabilities through best practice implementation and training
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain, and regional teams to deliver sustainable growth and operational excellence
Establish cross business transparency on commercial and product ownership
Offers a high‑impact opportunity for individuals who challenge the status quo, work across multiple stakeholders, and enable a fast‑growing industrial business
What makes you a good fit
University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or similar area
Minimum 8 years of practical experience in B2B sales within industry, specifically, channel experience
Good understanding of Henkel strategy and commercial operations/expectations
Persuasive communication and analytical skills and experience in project roles
Fluent English language skills are mandatory, additional language skills are beneficial
