Position Overview

We are hiring both Behavior Technicians (BTs) & Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

If you are not yet certified, we will support you in obtaining your RBT certification as part of your employment.

Job Duties

Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition treatment plans

Work one-on-one with children in a clinic setting

Monitor client behavior and collect accurate data

Support daily activities and skill development

Communicate effectively with families and clinical team members

Provide compassionate, trauma-informed care

Certification & Bonus Structure

For Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs):

Must already hold an active RBT certification

$350 sign-on bonus paid after 3 months of employment

For Behavior Technicians (BTs):

RBT certification is required as a condition of employment

Paid training and support provided

Must complete certification within 30 days of hire

$300 bonus awarded upon successful completion of RBT certification

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent

At least 18 years old

Passion for working with children

Preferred Experience

Experience working with children (any setting)

Experience with autism or developmental disabilities

Coursework or degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or related field
