We’re hybrid workers, spending 2 days a week at a vibrant co-working space 20 minutes south of downtown Denver just steps from the Arapahoe light-rail station.

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 base + generous commission structure

About the Role

LawToolBox is hiring an Account Executive who is hungry to grow recurring revenue and beat an expansion number. You're strategically minded; able not only to follow account growth strategies and upselling of an AI platform.

You will identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across your customers, run those deals through to close, and protect the recurring revenue base by keeping accounts healthy and growing.

LawToolBox's co-sell relationship with Microsoft is a major source of expansion and renewal momentum, so this is an especially strong opportunity for someone who already has Microsoft field relationships or knows how to work effectively within the Microsoft partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Upsell and current ARR for SaaS and AI-platform products

Own real revenue targets for net revenue retention and expansion ARR

Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities across your book, overseeing the process from initial conversation to signed order form

Act as the customers’ primary point of contact, building genuine and trusted relationships with stakeholders

Run quarterly business reviews that tie product value to customer’s desired outcomes, surfacing the next layer of recurring revenue

Partner with Sales and other leaders on strategic renewals and large expansion plays

Don’t just use the playbook – help us create it.

Qualifications & Experience

3+ years in B2B SaaS in an account management or sales role

Proven track record of growing recurring revenue inside an existing book of business

Ability to cultivate and maintain strong interpersonal relationships; can communicate confidently with a variety of customer types and levels

Strong discovery skills and ability to connect product capability to customer’s desired outcome

Fluent in translating usage analytics into leading indicators for expansion and churn

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in legal tech, professional services, or Microsoft‑centric SaaS environments.

Genuine passion for technology and how it solves real business problems; curiosity about AI and its application in legal workflows is a plus
