Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Optimum Behavioral Health (OBH) – Carlsbad, CA

Optimum Behavioral Health (OBH) is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism. We offer both school-based and home/clinic-based positions to fit your schedule and career goals.
Available Positions
1. School Schedule RBT
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Setting: School-based position supporting students during the school day
Role: Work directly in classrooms under the supervision of teachers and BCBAs to implement behavior intervention plans, support learning, and foster social and emotional development.

Active RBT certification or willing to obtain during work
