Elevate Health Associates is growing, and we’re looking for a compassionate, collaborative Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team part-time.

Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Active New York State license DEA registration Strong clinical and interpersonal skills New graduates welcome to apply
