Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional HRM Faculty to deliver training in Human Resource Management and Office Administration. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, effective communication skills, and a passion for student development.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct HRM and Office Administration training sessions.
Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and assessments.
Guide students in HR practices, HRMS, payroll, recruitment, and employee management.
Monitor student progress and provide academic support.
Assist with placement activities and career guidance.
Maintain academic records and coordinate with students.
Requirements
MBA in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of HRMS, recruitment, payroll, attendance management, employee records, and training processes.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
