About the role
Job Summary
We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Fire & Safety Trainer to provide theoretical and practical training in fire safety, industrial safety, workplace hazards, emergency response, and occupational health & safety practices. The candidate should be capable of handling classroom sessions, practical demonstrations, and student assessments effectively.
Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Teaching Responsibilities
Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on Fire & Safety subjects.
Teach topics related to industrial safety, fire prevention, hazard identification, emergency response, PPE, first aid, and safety regulations.
Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and practical demonstrations.
Conduct mock drills and fire safety practical sessions.
Guide students in project work, presentations, and practical assessments.
Maintain attendance and student performance records.
Support students in skill development and industry readiness.
Ensure discipline and professional conduct in classroom and training areas.
Safety & Administrative Responsibilities
Ensure proper use and maintenance of fire safety equipment during training.
Coordinate with institute management for safety compliance and training activities.
Maintain laboratory/training equipment and safety records.
Organize workshops, seminars, and awareness programs related to fire & safety.
Stay updated with latest industrial safety standards and regulations.
Required Qualification
Candidates should possess any one of the following qualifications:
Diploma in Fire & Safety / Industrial Safety
ADIS (Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety)
Degree in Fire & Safety / Industrial Safety / Occupational Health & Safety or relevant domain
Experience
Minimum 1–3 years of teaching or industrial experience preferred.
Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply.
Experience in educational or training institutes will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
Good communication and presentation skills.
Practical knowledge of fire & safety procedures.
Knowledge of safety regulations and emergency protocols.
Ability to conduct practical demonstrations and drills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Strong classroom management and coordination skills.

Good problem-solving and leadership skills.
Team-oriented and responsible behavior
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
