Position Summary

The UI/UX Designer is responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile applications. This role involves translating business requirements and user needs into functional, visually appealing designs through research, wireframing, prototyping, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate combines creativity with analytical thinking to deliver seamless and impactful user experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities

Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes.

Conduct user research and basic usability testing to validate design decisions.

Translate business and technical requirements into user-friendly design solutions.

Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.

Ensure consistency in design systems and adherence to brand guidelines.

Apply user-centered design principles and industry best practices.

Iterate designs based on user feedback and data insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms.

Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles and usability standards.

Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

Basic knowledge of usability testing methodologies.

Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or related field.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
