We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding user requirements, designing user interfaces, improving user experiences, and collaborating with developers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and stakeholders.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups for web and mobile applications.
Design responsive and visually appealing user interfaces.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback.
Improve user journeys and optimize user experience across all platforms.
Develop design systems, style guides, and UI standards.
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Ensure consistency in branding and visual design across all products.
Identify and resolve usability issues through continuous testing and improvement.
Required Skills
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design thinking.
Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and user research.
Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design.
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is an advantage.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Multimedia, or a related field.
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design projects.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
