About the role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior PHP & Laravel Framework Developer to join our development team and contribute to building robust fintech products and scalable backend systems.
Job Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using PHP and Laravel Framework.
Design and implement scalable backend architecture for fintech and payment-based applications.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, payment gateways, wallet systems, and third-party services.
Write clean, secure, reusable, and efficient code following coding standards.
Manage database design, optimization, and complex SQL queries using MySQL.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks.
Collaborate with frontend developers, UI/UX designers, QA teams, and project managers.
Ensure application security, data protection, and compliance with fintech standards.
Participate in software testing, deployment, server maintenance, and version control processes.
Maintain proper technical documentation and project reports.
Mentor junior developers and assist in technical decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Core PHP and Laravel Framework.
Good understanding of MVC Architecture and OOP concepts.
Experience with REST APIs and third-party API integrations.
Hands-on experience with MySQL/MariaDB database management.
Familiarity with Git/GitHub version control systems.
Knowledge of frontend technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
Experience in payment gateway integration is preferred.
Understanding of server management, hosting environments, and Linux basics.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Prior experience in FinTech, payment systems, ERP, CRM, or SaaS platforms will be an advantage.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Work Conditions

Working Days: Monday to Saturday.
Office Timing: As per company policy.
Candidate should be willing to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
