We seek an experienced SAP SD eDocument (eDoc) Analyst to provide functional expertise in SAP SD billing, SD pricing, and the SAP eDocument Framework, supporting country specific electronic invoicing and regulatory compliance. The role requires strong knowledge of SD billing and pricing configuration and integration, along with the ability to analyze requirements, support eDocument solutions, and ensure stable, compliant electronic document processing within established governance and delivery frameworks.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

This position is responsible for the following:

Support implementation of new country eDocument solutions, regulatory changes, and functional enhancements within the SAP eDocument Framework.

Perform functional analysis of SAP SD billing processes that generate electronic documents, including invoices, credit memos, and debit memos.

Analyze business and regulatory requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solution designs for SAP eDocument solutions.

Analyze and support integration between SAP SD billing processes and the SAP eDocument Framework.

Collaborate with Digital Technology, SAP, and integration teams to resolve issues and support enhancements impacting eDocument processing.

Support integration testing activities to ensure accurate and compliant electronic document transmission.

Monitor and support electronic document processing using SAP standard tools, including EDOC_COCKPIT.

Analyze and resolve eDocument processing errors, rejections, and lifecycle status issues.

Provide functional support for incidents, defects, post‑release stabilization, and ongoing operational issues related to SAP SD eDocuments

Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment between SAP initiatives and business objectives. Foster and maintain strong relationships to facilitate effective collaboration and communication.

Collaborate closely with the Change and Release Management team to ensure seamless representation and coordination of projects throughout the change and release process.

Develop and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and process flows for future reference and continuous improvement.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

This position requires strong technical expertise and professional experience in the following areas:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience configuring and supporting SAP SD Billing and eDocument solutions

Strong functional experience with the SAP SD module, EDOC-COCKPIT, and Document Reporting and Compliance (DRC). S/4HANA experience a plus

Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business requirements and deliver effective, compliant SAP solutions

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders and third‑party vendors

Proven ability to work collaboratively in a global, cross‑functional team environment and build strong working relationships

Strong time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Solid understanding of enterprise architecture, project management principles, change and release processes, and security and compliance standards.
