About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the development of AI-powered products and solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge business, engineering, and design teams to define product strategy, drive execution, and deliver innovative AI-driven experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute product vision, roadmap, and strategy.
Gather business requirements and create detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and product releases.
Work closely with AI, Engineering, Design, and Business teams to deliver product goals.
Evaluate AI tools, APIs, and third-party integrations.
Monitor product performance, KPIs, and user feedback to drive improvements.
Identify and mitigate AI-related risks, model behavior issues, and operational gaps.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful product adoption and growth.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of Product Management experience in software or SaaS products.
Strong understanding of system design, software architecture, and product lifecycle management.
Experience managing Agile/Scrum projects and leading cross-functional teams.
Ability to analyze data, define KPIs, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI/ML-powered products and SaaS platforms.
Knowledge of LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, and AI workflows.
Hands-on exposure to tools such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
Understanding of AI governance, compliance, ethics, and risk management.
Experience working with APIs, integrations, and cloud-based solutions.
