About the role
Product Manager Position
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Product Manager who can serve as a bridge among clients, business stakeholders, and the development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and clarifying requirements, managing product vision, driving Agile processes, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and ensuring successful product delivery.
The Product Manager must bring clarity to product requirements, eliminate ambiguity, improve communication, and ensure that the development team always works with well-defined priorities.
Key Responsibilities :
Understand business objectives and convert them into product requirements.
Identify market opportunities and customer pain points.
Prioritize features based on business value and customer impact.
Create and maintain product roadmaps.
Drive product planning and release planning activities.
Product Strategy & Planning
Define product vision, goals, and roadmap.
Requirement Gathering & Analysis
Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders.
Analyze business requirements and convert them into detailed product requirements.
Prepare Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Ensure requirements are complete, clear, and development-ready.
Eliminate ambiguity before development begins.
Manage requirement changes and impact analysis.
Client Communication & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding product requirements.
Conduct requirement discovery workshops.
Manage client expectations and timelines.
Present product updates, demos, and progress reports.
Handle requirement clarifications and feedback discussions.
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Translate technical discussions into business-friendly language.
Agile & Scrum Leadership
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean methodologies.
Facilitate Sprint Planning sessions.
Conduct Daily Standups when required.
Manage the Sprint Backlog and Product Backlog.
Conduct Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
Ensure Agile best practices are followed across teams.
Remove blockers and facilitate team collaboration.
Drive continuous process improvement.
Product Backlog Management
Own and maintain the Product Backlog.
Write and refine user stories.
Define acceptance criteria for all backlog items.
Prioritize backlog items based on business priorities.
Ensure backlog is always groomed and sprint-ready.
Coordinate with stakeholders for prioritization decisions.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with Development, QA, UI/UX, DevOps, and Business teams.
Ensure development teams have complete clarity before implementation.
Resolve requirement-related queries promptly.
Participate in solution discussions and architecture reviews.
Support QA teams during testing and UAT phases.
Product Delivery & Execution
Monitor product development progress.
Ensure timely delivery of committed features.
Track sprint velocity and team performance.
Identify delivery risks proactively.
Ensure product releases meet business requirements.
Coordinate production deployments and release planning.
User Experience & Product Improvement
Collaborate with UI/UX teams.
Review customer feedback and feature requests.
Analyze user behavior and product performance.
Recommend product improvements and enhancements.
Drive customer-centric product decisions.

Prepare and maintain:
Product Requirement Documents (PRD)
Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
User Stories
Acceptance Criteria
Product Roadmaps
Release Notes
Process Documentation
SOPs
Ensure documentation is always up to date and accessible.
Reporting & Metrics
Track and report:
Sprint Progress
Release Status
Product KPIs
Team Velocity
Requirement Changes
Delivery Risks
Customer Satisfaction Metrics
Provide weekly and monthly product status reports.
