We are looking for a highly driven Lead Product Manager who can own product strategy, roadmap execution, customer discovery, and cross-functional leadership across multiple AI-driven products.

Role Overview

As a Lead Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining product vision, driving product strategy, and leading the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple AI-centric products.

You will work directly with founders, engineering teams, AI architects, designers, customers, and business stakeholders to build innovative Agentic AI solutions and marketplace platforms.

This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical depth, leadership capability, and strong execution skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Vision

Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for multiple AI products.

Identify market opportunities, customer pain points, and competitive differentiators.

Develop short-term and long-term product plans aligned with company objectives.

Prioritize features based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility.

Drive product innovation leveraging Agentic AI and automation technologies.

Product Roadmap Ownership

Own and manage product roadmaps across multiple products.

Define quarterly and annual product goals.

Ensure roadmap alignment across engineering, sales, marketing, and leadership teams.

Manage product backlogs and prioritization frameworks.

AI Product Management

Drive the development of Agentic AI solutions and intelligent workflow automation platforms.

Understand LLMs, AI Agents, RAG architectures, MCP, AI orchestration frameworks, and enterprise AI use cases.

Collaborate with AI engineers to define agent workflows and business outcomes.

Translate customer problems into scalable AI-powered product solutions.

Monitor emerging AI trends and identify opportunities for product innovation.

Customer Discovery & Market Research

Conduct customer interviews and requirement discovery workshops.

Gather product feedback and convert insights into actionable roadmap items.

Analyze market trends and competitor offerings.

Validate product concepts and business hypotheses.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Lead collaboration between:

Drive product planning sessions and stakeholder reviews.

Facilitate decision-making across teams.

Team Leadership

Manage and mentor Product Managers and Business Analysts.

Establish product management best practices and processes.

Product Delivery

Work closely with engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Ensure timely delivery of roadmap commitments.

Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning.

Product Analytics & Performance

Define product KPIs and success metrics.

Track adoption, engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction.

Use data-driven decision-making to improve product outcomes.

Present product performance reports to leadership.

Required Skills & QualificationsExperience

5–8+ years of Product Management experience.

Experience managing multiple products simultaneously.

Experience leading Product Managers, Business Analysts, or cross-functional teams.

Proven experience owning product strategy and roadmap.

Ideal Candidate Summary

We are looking for a builder, strategist, and leader who has successfully launched SaaS products, understands modern AI technologies, can manage product teams, and has the capability to drive product vision and execution across multiple AI-powered platforms. This role is ideal for someone aspiring to become a Head of Product in the next 2–3 years.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
