QA Analyst 3-ProdDev

Leads the development and execution of automated testing solutions, integrates quality validation within CI/CD pipelines, and enforces quality gate standards throughout the software delivery lifecycle. Actively drives the adoption of AI-powered practices and tools to enhance project productivity, improve software quality, and accelerate delivery outcomes.

Designs and implements comprehensive test strategies for complex functional areas, addressing technical challenges, scalability requirements, and quality risks. Oversees test environment readiness, validates critical business services, and executes risk-based regression testing to ensure system reliability. Identifies, analyzes, and documents defects, contributes to root-cause analysis and post-incident reviews, and monitors key quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to align testing activities with business objectives, optimize testing frameworks and processes, and promote best practices in quality engineering across the organization.

Investigate, reproduce, diagnose, and track defects, collaborating with engineering teams to drive timely resolution and root-cause remediation.

Lead defect triage activities, contribute to post-incident reviews, and identify recurring quality issues to improve product stability.

Monitor and report quality metrics, test progress, defect trends, and release readiness to support informed decision-making.

Apply quality gate criteria at key development milestones by evaluating test results, code quality metrics, and defect risk indicators.
