We work closely with manufacturing companies to build practical, deployable industrial AI solutions across assembly lines, fabrication, machine operations, process monitoring, workforce visibility, and production analytics.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly curious, structured, and execution-oriented Product & Solutions Associate to work directly with the Founder and support customer engagements, product evolution, industrial workflow understanding, and engineering coordination.

This role is ideal for someone who wants deep exposure to:

You will work across customer discussions, product requirements, deployment learnings, and internal execution activities to help shape the evolution of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

Customer & Factory Understanding

Participate in customer discussions and factory visits

Observe manufacturing workflows and operational challenges

Document customer pain points, workflows, and pilot expectations

Help structure industrial use cases and operational requirements

Product & Solutions Support

Maintain structured notes for:

Feature requests

Customer feedback

Deployment learnings

Product improvement ideas

Help organize product requirements and use-case documentation

Identify recurring patterns across customers and industries

Founder’s Office Support

Work closely with Founder on:

strategic discussions

operational planning

execution tracking

product direction activities

Prepare summaries, action trackers, and coordination notes

Engineering & Execution Coordination

Coordinate with:

AI/ML teams

Embedded engineers

UI/UX teams

TPM/Delivery Manager

Help track:

feature progress

deployment observations

customer deliverables

Research & Analysis

Research:

industrial workflows

MES/industrial software platforms

AI/vision use cases

manufacturing KPIs

competitor solutions

Support preparation of product and solution narratives

Candidate Profile

Education

Preferred:

Mechanical Engineering

Compensation

Intern full time: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000/month

OR

Fresher Full-Time: ₹4L – ₹6L CTC(Based on capability, ownership, and learning ability)

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
