About the role
Job Description
Manage end-to-end recruitment including candidate sourcing, interview coordination and offer administration
Build and maintain talent pipelines while working closely with hiring managers on manpower needs
Serve as a point of contact for employee relations matters and workplace enquiries
Coordinate training programmes, development initiatives and performance improvement plans
Support managers in goal setting and monitoring employee performance
Maintain employee records and ensure strict confidentiality of HR documentation and data
Prepare HR reports covering recruitment performance, employee turnover and workforce insights
Assist in HR projects and employer branding initiatives such as career fairs and recruitment campaigns
Requirements
Minimum Diploma and above
Training will be provided
Pay: $3,300.00 - $4,300.00 per month
