Job Description
Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth business operations
Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and handle scheduling and logistics for internal and external engagements
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business documents with accuracy and attention to detail
Maintain organized filing systems for physical and digital records to ensure easy access and retrieval
Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to support project coordination and follow-ups
Track project timelines, deliverables, and business milestones, ensuring deadlines are met
Assist in basic data entry, financial tracking, and documentation for internal reporting
Support procurement processes by preparing quotations, purchase orders, and inventory updates
Handle general correspondence, manage office supplies, and oversee administrative workflows
Take on ad-hoc tasks and contribute to process improvements to enhance overall operational efficiency
Requirements
Minimum Diploma and above
Training will be provided
Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,100.00 per month
