Job Description
Support daily business operations and assist with client servicing activities
Prepare client proposals, presentations and reports with accuracy and professionalism
Coordinate with clients on project requirements, timelines and updates
Attend client meetings and provide administrative and follow-up support
Track project progress to ensure deliverables meet service standards
Prepare documentation, meeting summaries and internal updates
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client deliverables
Handle client enquiries professionally via email, phone and digital platforms while contributing ideas to enhance service processes
Requirements
Minimum Diploma and above
Training will be provided
Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
