About the Roles

We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Woodlands. This permanent role offers a competitive salary of up to $3,200, along with AWS, OT, and performance-based bonuses. The position follows a 5.5-day workweek (Mon-Fri: 8.30am–5.15pm, Sat: 8.30am–2.30pm) and provides an exciting opportunity to engage with customers, drive marketing campaigns, and contribute to brand growth in the building materials industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

Respond to customer enquiries and provide expert product guidance during showroom interactions.

Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to support sales growth and engagement.

Collaborate with the Sales team on follow-ups and business development initiatives.

Coordinate customer requests with internal teams to ensure timely responses.

Plan and execute marketing campaigns, product promotions, and launches.

Support brand-building activities across both digital and offline channels.

Maintain consistency in branding, communication, and marketing materials across platforms.

Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.

Create and manage marketing content including brochures, flyers, catalogues, and social media posts.

Update and maintain the company website and other digital marketing channels.

Prepare marketing materials for campaigns, showroom activities, and customer engagement events.

Organise product launches, events, training sessions, and other customer-focused activities.

Work closely with Operations, Sales, and relevant teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and product readiness.

Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and service providers when necessary.

Track and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.

Maintain thorough records and documentation for all marketing activities.

What We’re Looking For

Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in marketing, branding, communications, or other customer-facing roles is preferred.

Proven experience in campaign execution, content creation, and brand management is a plus.

Strong proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop.
