Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales growth across assigned territories. The candidate will be responsible for developing dealer and distributor networks, generating business opportunities, and strengthening the company’s market presence for products such as Acrylic Sheets, Louvers, PVC Laminates, and Edge Bands.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets across assigned regions.
Appoint and develop new dealers and distributors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, interior designers, contractors, and channel partners.
Promote and sell Zurich products including Acrylic Laminates, PVC Laminates, Louvers, Edge Bands, and Decorative Panels.
Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.
Prepare regular state-wise sales reports, competitor analysis, and market insights for management.
Coordinate with logistics and customer support teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings.
Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in laminates, plywood, building materials, hardware, acrylic products, or related industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple territories.
Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting tools.
Willingness to travel extensively across assigned locations.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in channel sales and dealer network expansion.
Knowledge of the interior, furniture, modular kitchen, or construction material industry will be an added advantage.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of driving business growth independently.
