Title: Marketing Manager Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 Location: West Sussex (with travel 2x a month) Working Pattern: Hybrid (2-3 days onsite)

A growing professional services group is looking for a commercially minded Marketing Manager to support a network of regional offices across the South East. This is a newly created role with genuine scope to shape local marketing activity, build strong stakeholder relationships, and make a visible impact across the business.

Working closely with regional leadership teams and a central marketing function, you'll lead the delivery of locally focused campaigns, events, communications and brand activity, while helping drive lead generation and client engagement across multiple office locations.

The Role

You'll act as the key marketing contact for your allocated offices, balancing hands-on delivery with strategic coordination across a broad range of initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

Creating engaging local content including blogs, case studies, newsletters and client communications

Managing and updating regional webpages and local marketing assets

Planning and delivering events, webinars and networking activity

Supporting fee earners with presentations, pitch materials and client-facing collateral

Coordinating local email campaigns and social media activity

Working closely with the central marketing team to roll out wider campaigns and brand initiatives

Ensuring local marketing activity aligns with SEO, brand and campaign best practice

Supporting CRM engagement and improving local marketing processes

Building strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple offices

Candidate Profile

This role would suit someone who enjoys variety, autonomy and relationship-building, and who is confident managing multiple projects at once.

The business is looking for:

3-4 years' experience in a marketing role

Strong experience delivering integrated multi-channel campaigns

Excellent copywriting and communication skills

Experience working across multiple sites or stakeholder groups

Strong organisational and project management ability

Confidence using platforms such as WordPress, Canva and email marketing tools

A proactive, hands-on mindset with strong attention to detail

A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between regional offices

Experience within professional services would be beneficial but is not essential.
