We have been servicing the Concrete Construction industry since 1992 and have built a coveted reputation for outstanding service, product quality, product choice and company integrity.
We have branches in Roosky Co. Roscommon, Armagh, Cheshire & Hampshire, and now have a requirement for a Warehouse Operative to join our existing team in Roosky, Roscommon.
We are looking for someone with enthusiasm, drive, energy and ability to use one's own initiative to succeed in a rapidly expanding business.
What will you be doing?
Loading & Unloading goods using a counterbalance Forklift truck and Reach Forklift Truck
Accurate order picking, stock control procedures and Transport Planning
Processing paperwork using our in-house software system
Ensuring good housekeeping and ad hoc duties as required
Be willing to work as part of a small team or on your own initiative
Be capable of taking instruction and have a can-do attitude
Be highly motivated and enthusiastic
What skills do I need to be considered for this position?
· Previous experience in a fastmoving warehouse environment
· The flexibility to work to deadlines with good organisational and time management skills
· A good level of computer literacy and communication skills with a strong commercial aptitude
· Counter Balance and Reach Truck License's, manual handling & Health & Safety awareness are key to the role and would be desirable skills but training can be given to the right candidate
What will you get from us?
Schedule
Days – Monday to Friday
Hours – 8.00am – 5.30pm
Weekly pay, paid 1 week in arears -€14.50 - €16.50 depending on experience
20 days holiday per year (3 of which are required to be saved for the Christmas shutdown), plus the statutory 10days public holidays.
Training where required for the role.
