The Job in a Nutshell
Hospitality or retail experience preferred but not essential.
Driving sales
Establishes and maintains trusted relationships with new and existing three customers creating loyalty to the network whilst identifying new sales opportunities.
Delivers consistently on your individual and team KPI's as well as striving to beat them.
Support the store manager in taking actions that drive the business forward.
The skills we're looking for
Strong experience in a retail environment or hospitality environment
Passionate about delivering customer experience beyond our customers' expectations.
Proven success in consistently achieving KPI's and working to deadlines in a customer facing and/or sales environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to listen.
