Inside Sales & Service Administrator
About the role
KSS Fire Suppression is growing, and we are looking to our Field Services Operations Team by adding an Inside Sales & Service Executive.
This position is pivotal for ensuring the smooth operation of our field services and the delivery of exceptional service to our clients.
Please note this position cannot consider overseas applications.
Inside Sales & Service Exec. duties and responsibilities
Inside Sales Representatives communicate with customers to understand their needs and generate new leads.
Other duties and responsibilities of Inside Sales Representatives include:
Developing new sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls and lead follow-ups
Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities
Answering customers’ questions, resolving their concerns and providing additional information via calls and emails
Explaining and demonstrating the functions and features of products and services
Maintaining and improving the database of prospects
Researching for new leads
Retaining the existing client base & service book through efficient planning of Preventative Maintenance Plans & service Level Agreements.
Oversee the admin of the on-site technical teams to ensure that services are delivered in line with client expectations.
Act as the communication bridge between the client and technicians on site, ensuring clear and consistent updates.
Take charge of managing, controlling, and coordinating all day-to-day admin for field service operations.
Working with the Scheduling, Sales & Technical teams to ensure SLAs are met across all client accounts, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
Issue Resolution: Investigate, resolve, and close out any issues or discrepancies to the satisfaction of both clients and internal teams.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Location: This is an in-office position based in Tallaght, D24
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Communication & Coordination: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
IT Proficiency: Strong computer skills are essential.
Organizational Skills: Must be highly organized with the ability to work independently, managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant Experience: Prior experience in a similar, fast-paced role is crucial.
Work Requirements:
Work Authorization: Must have the legal right to work in Ireland.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.

Competitive salary starting from from €27,000 per year DOE
Commission Package / Bonus
