Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division is currently seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager.

Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Program Manager (SCPM) leads complex, cross-functional supply chain programs within a matrix environment across sites and countries, critical to the Bussmann Division's business performance. This role ensures disciplined program execution across suppliers, sourcing, operations, and engineering, with accountability for cost, schedule, risk, and delivery outcomes from program initiation through implementation and stabilization.

The SCPM partners closely with Category Management, Product/Program Management, Engineering, Operations, Quality, and external suppliers, serving as the primary supply chain interface to the Program Management Office (PMO) and ensuring seamless alignment across the full supply chain — from supplier to customer.

Key responsibilities include:

(1) Aligning supply chain activities to program critical path requirements and ensuring compliance with project specifications and sourcing strategy.

(2) Driving cross-functional collaboration with strong internal and external stakeholder relationship management to support successful program outcomes.

(3) Serving as the supply chain liaison to the Program Management Office (PMO), ensuring smooth execution of supply chain processes and full alignment from supplier onboarding through successful program startup — for both operations projects and new product development (NPD).

Qualifications:

Education level required

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field

Years and area of experience required

Required Qualifications

Demonstrated experience successfully leading cross-functional programs or initiatives

Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar supply chain or program management roles

Strong ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, global organization

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills — able to communicate transparently at all levels of the organization, even when the news is not good

Advanced proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and ERP/MRP systems such as SAP

Experience working with suppliers or sourcing organizations

Deep understanding of how BOMs and components are structured within the system and how they eventually flow to the plants and inventory

Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or electrical products environments

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of PROLaunch or comparable program/project management frameworks; deep understanding of SCM processes is more critical than PROLaunch knowledge, though willingness to learn and apply PROLaunch is essential

PMP or equivalent certification
