Job Overview: We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive who specializes in running and optimizing paid campaigns across Google and social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, creative, and focused on generating high-quality leads and maximizing ROI for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
● Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
● Execute and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other platforms like LinkedIn Ads if required
● Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
● Continuously optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS
● Create compelling ad copies and coordinate with designers for creatives
● Set up conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics tools
● Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed reports
● A/B test ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies
● Manage budgets efficiently to maximize results
● Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes
Required Skills:
● Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
● Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR)
● Experience in lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns
● Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and tracking setup
● Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
● Good copywriting skills for ads
● Basic understanding of funnels and landing page optimization
Preferred Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
● Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certifications (preferred)
● Experience in a digital marketing agency environment
