Job Summary
Nexzu Mobility Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Engineer to promote and sell E-Cycles, Lithium-Ion Battery Packs, Motors, and related EV mobility solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing dealer and distributor networks, managing key customer relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and driving business growth across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities for E-Cycles, Batteries, Motors, and EV mobility solutions.
Build and manage relationships with dealers, distributors, corporate customers, institutions, and fleet operators.
Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Marketing Activities
Execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
Participate in exhibitions, dealer meets, roadshows, and promotional events.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Collect customer feedback and provide recommendations for product improvement.
Support digital marketing and customer engagement initiatives.
Technical Support
Explain product features, technical specifications, and benefits of E-Cycles, Batteries, and Motors.
Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their requirements.
Coordinate with service and technical teams to resolve customer concerns.
Conduct product training for dealers, distributors, and customers.
Customer Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, quotations, and orders.
Support after-sales service activities and customer satisfaction programs.
Identify opportunities for repeat business and account expansion.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automobile Engineering, or related field.
1–5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in EV, Automobile, Bicycle, Battery, Motor, or Engineering industries.
Freshers with excellent communication and technical aptitude may also apply.
Required Skills
Knowledge of E-Cycles, Lithium-Ion Batteries, Motors, and EV technology.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Customer relationship management and business development capabilities.
Market research and lead generation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel extensively.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
