About the role
The Project Manager, Patient Access is responsible for assisting the Patient Access Manager/Director in overseeing the successful completion of projects related to Quality Assurance, Education Vendor Implementation throughout patient access within the organization. Acts as a liaison between the corporate patient access operations, vendor and system support teams, local leadership and front line staff. The Project Manager, Patient Access will assist with a variety of training, mentoring and support requests from local staff and leadership. They will provide consistent, relevant feedback to all staff regarding productivity and quality benchmarks through root cause analysis of registration related denials as needed.
