Job Requirements:
4+ years’ experience in finance or audit department of a large organisation with senior management position holding responsibility in strategy formulation, financial controls and management accounting.
Will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting to enable drive profitable growth and improvement of the business in support of the company’s strategic goals and budgets. He/she will ensure that the company’s financial statements are accurate and timely, and in compliance with Ipsos Group policies.
Responsible for leading all financial aspects of the business including accounting, controlling, financial planning and business analysis, treasury matters, maintaining good relationships with banking institutions, the company’s auditors, tax authorities, and other members of the financial community within the Ipsos Group.
Desirable Experience:
Audit or large International company experience.
Experience using Oracle and Symphony is an added advantage.
Good understanding of Macroeconomic and external factors affecting business.
High work ethics to maintain integrity and image of the company.
High negotiation skills.
Qualifications Required:
A university degree in business or economics (Bachelor of Commerce –Accounting /Finance option).
Professional qualification with CPA or ACCA
Analytical thinking and strong financial analysis skills
