Buscando un Fiber Optic Operations Analyst para integrarse a nuestro equipo de Operaciones y participar en el monitoreo, control y soporte de una de las redes de telecomunicaciones más importantes de la región.
Si tienes experiencia en telecomunicaciones, fibra óptica, soporte operativo o coordinación de actividades técnicas, esta oportunidad puede ser para ti.
Lo que harás:
Coordinar y dar seguimiento a actividades operativas de la red de fibra óptica.
Mantener actualizada la documentación técnica y operativa.
Apoyar en el seguimiento de mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos.
Dar seguimiento a incidencias, requerimientos y actividades de operación.
Coordinar actividades con áreas de Ingeniería, NOC, Operaciones y proveedores.
Generar reportes y documentación para garantizar la continuidad de los servicios.
Participar en auditorías y procesos de mejora continua.
Requisitos:
Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Telecomunicaciones, Sistemas, Industrial o carrera afín.
Experiencia de 1 a 3 años en:
Telecomunicaciones
Operaciones de red
Fibra óptica
Soporte operativo
Infraestructura de telecom
Manejo de:
Microsoft Office (Excel intermedio)
Control documental
Reportes operativos
Deseable:
AutoCAD
Google Earth
Conocimiento de FTTH y redes de fibra óptica INDISPENSABLE: DISPONIBILIDAD 24/7 PARA ATENCIÓN DE INCIDENTES Y EVENTOS OPERATIVOS CUANDO SEA NECESARIO.
