Role details and how to fit into the team

Join Private Bank Spain Finance as a Senior Finance Business Partner. Support financial planning, performance management and strategic decision-making while working in a matrix environment with senior global and local stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Drive financial planning processes including budgeting, forecasting and reporting for Private Bank Spain

Manage performance through KPIs, profitability analysis and financial modelling

Partner with senior stakeholders to translate financial data into clear business insights

Identify risks and ensure robust financial controls across the business

Support and coordinate local team while collaborating in a multinational environment

Skills

Strong expertise in financial planning, control, budgeting and forecasting within financial services

Proven ability to manage performance using KPIs, financial modelling and profitability analysis

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data to C-level stakeholders

Strong business judgment with the ability to act both as a strategic partner with a commercial mindset and as a challenger

Know-how of Spain banking industry is a plus

Fluent Spanish and English, with experience working in international or matrix organizations
