What You Will Do

Lead the engineering organization and establish priorities that support business objectives

Develop and mentor engineering managers, engineers, and technical staff

Drive continuous improvement across engineering processes, systems, and workflows

Ensure designs meet applicable industry standards and customer requirements

Partner with operations, quality, sales, and supply chain teams to support growth and profitability

Evaluate technologies, materials, and manufacturing processes that improve product performance and efficiency

Establish metrics and accountability to improve team performance and execution

Participate in strategic planning, resource allocation, and organizational development

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline

Progressive engineering leadership experience within transformer manufacturing

Proven experience leading engineering teams in a manufacturing environment

Strong understanding of transformer design, manufacturing processes, and industry standards

Experience developing teams, improving processes, and driving organizational performance

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Track record of delivering results while building a positive, accountable culture

Ideal Background
