En MarketLogic estamos en búsqueda de un(a) Graphic Designer creativo(a), estratégico(a) y orientado(a) a resultados para integrarse a nuestro equipo de marketing. Buscamos una persona capaz de convertir estrategias de negocio y marketing en experiencias visuales atractivas y efectivas para clientes de tecnología y servicios B2B en Latinoamérica.

Responsabilidades
Diseñar materiales para campañas de Demand Generation y ABM.
Crear piezas visuales para LinkedIn, email marketing, landing pages, webinars y eventos.
Desarrollar presentaciones ejecutivas y comerciales.
Diseñar ebooks, infografías, casos de éxito y otros activos de contenido.
Mantener la consistencia visual de las marcas de clientes y de MarketLogic.
Colaborar con equipos de Marketing, SDRs, LDRs y Customer Success.
Apoyar la producción de contenido audiovisual y motion graphics.
Implementar herramientas de IA para optimizar procesos creativos.
Gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente garantizando calidad y cumplimiento de tiempos.
Requisitos
Licenciatura en Diseño Gráfico, Comunicación Visual, Publicidad o carrera afín.
Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en diseño digital y marketing.
Experiencia trabajando con equipos de marketing B2B o agencias.
Dominio avanzado de Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects y Premiere).
Experiencia en campañas digitales, redes sociales y generación de contenido.
Conocimientos en diseño para landing pages y email marketing.
Manejo de Figma.
Portafolio actualizado y comprobable.
Excelente atención al detalle y criterio visual.
Deseable
Experiencia en empresas de tecnología, SaaS o agencias de marketing.
Conocimientos básicos de UX/UI.
Experiencia utilizando HubSpot, Canva y herramientas de IA generativa.
Inglés intermedio o avanzado.
