About the role
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function and support business objectives through effective people management practices. The role involves overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
Drive performance management and employee development programs.
Administer payroll, compensation, benefits, and HR operations.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters.
Support managers in team development and workforce planning.
Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Maintain HR records, reports, and HRMS data.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
Minimum 8 years of HR experience, including team management responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, labor laws, and HR operations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
Preferred Skills: Performance Management, Employee Relations, Compliance Management, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, and Organizational Development.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
