Assistant HR Manager
About the role
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead recruitment efforts for specialized solar roles such as PV Design Engineers, Solar Sales Consultants, Project Site Engineers, and field technicians. Manage structured onboarding and induction programs for both corporate teams and contract labourers
HR Operations & Workforce Logistics: Oversee daily operations including attendance tracking, shift planning for plant or field staff, and employee record updates. Handle payroll inputs and coordinate with the finance team for timely salary processing.
Required Qualifications:-MBA or Post Graduate Diploma (PGDM) in Human Resources, Social Work (MSW), or a related discipline.
Statutory Compliance & Labor Laws: Ensure strict compliance with regional labor laws, factory regulations, and contract worker statutes. Manage documentation for employee benefits like Provident Fund (PF), ESIC, and group medical insurance policies.
Performance Management: Support department heads through annual and project-based performance evaluation processes, tracking employee key performance indicators.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or human resources; an MBA or PGDM in HR is highly preferred.
Soft Skills: Superior multilingual verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with both corporate executives and field laborers.
The candidate should have experience in a solar company.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
