About the role

Job Summary

CareIO Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and result-oriented HR Manager to lead and manage all HR and statutory compliance functions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and Shops & Establishments Act requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.

Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary matters.

Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.

Manage PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, and other statutory compliances.

Maintain and renew registrations under the Shops and Establishments Act and other applicable regulations.

Coordinate with consultants, auditors, and government authorities regarding compliance matters.

Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and statutory registers.

Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate employee and compliance data.

Manage attendance, leave administration, and HR operations.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Conduct employee engagement and performance management activities.

Prepare HR and compliance reports for management.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.

Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and statutory compliance.

Strong working knowledge of:

Employees' Provident Fund (PF)

Employees' State Insurance (ESI)

Professional Tax (PT)

Shops and Establishments Act

Labour Law Compliance

Experience in handling statutory inspections, notices, and audits.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.

Preferred Skills

Experience in the IT, technology, or service industry.

Knowledge of payroll processing and labour law updates.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
