YOU MUST HAVE
2+ years of experience in compensation management or a related field.
Experience with compensation analysis and benchmarking.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
WE VALUE
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience with compensation software and tools.
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
Ability to work collaboratively with HR and other departments.
Experience in a global organization.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct salary surveys and analyze market data to determine competitive compensation ranges
Develop and maintain salary structures and job classifications
Collaborate with HR business partners and hiring managers to determine appropriate salary offers for new hires and promotions
Review and approve job and compensation changes
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation
Provide guidance and support to HR and management on compensationrelated matters
