About the role

Position : HR Intern

Location: Delhi

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.

Conduct initial HR screening calls.

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

HR Operations

Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.

Maintain employee records and HR databases.

Support attendance and leave management processes.

Prepare HR-related reports and documentation.

Employee Engagement

Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.

Support internal communication initiatives.

Help collect employee feedback and maintain engagement records.

Administrative Support

Manage HR documents and filing systems.

Coordinate with different departments for HR-related activities.

Support day-to-day HR operations as required.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Basic knowledge of HR practices and recruitment processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Eligibility

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.

Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Previous internship experience in HR or recruitment is a plus but not mandatory.
