Location: Model Town, Delhi Experience: 2–5 Years (Recruitment or Sales) Salary: Upto ₹35,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience) Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role We are looking for an energetic and people-oriented HR Recruiter to support end-to-end hiring across multiple industries and roles. Candidates with prior experience in sales, telecalling, lead generation, customer interaction, or recruitment are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring teams
Maintain candidate databases and follow-up records
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Understand job requirements and identify suitable profiles
Ensure timely closures and smooth candidate experience
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with calling and candidate coordination
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and online hiring platforms preferred
Recruitment experience is a plus, but not mandatory
Candidates from sales, telecalling, customer service, or lead generation backgrounds can apply
