Job Title: HR Recruiter
Location: Malad West, Mumbai.
Job Type: Full-time (US Based Shift- 5:30 PM -2:30 AM) (5 Days working)

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle
Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers
Post jobs on Indeed & LinkedIn.
Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups with candidates
Maintain candidate database and track hiring status
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT both can work)
Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment process
Comfortable working in night shifts (US Shift)
Willingness to work on US hiring (training provided)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
