Internship Overview
KBK Business Solutions is offering an exciting internship opportunity for enthusiastic individuals who are interested in building a career in US IT Recruitment and Human Resources. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and vendor management.
Roles & Responsibilities
Learn and assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and vendor networks.
Screen resumes based on client requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and recruiters.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and updates.
Learn the C2C, W2, and US staffing processes.
Assist in preparing recruitment reports and documentation.
Support the recruitment team in day-to-day hiring activities.
Pay: ₹6,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
